Job Description:
We need a Nafasi za Management Accountant to join our company. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the management team as a Management Accountant. You’ll be in charge of creating financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. You will also be tasked with aiding with the preparation of regulatory filings.
Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and evaluate the company’s financial and administrative data.
- Examine the general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable reports.
- Ensure that relevant performance metrics are tracked and reported.
- Senior management should receive monthly reports.
- Keep track of general ledger accounts.
- Payroll management
- Encourage financial responsibility.
- Create financial procedures.
- Increase the efficiency of accounting operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities of a Management Accountant:
- Perform financial and analysis activities using advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, such as constructing pivot tables, pivot charts, and graphs.
- Maintain and create financial records, including spending and capital budgets, for designated divisions.
- Prepare financial reports, including revenue estimates and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Analyze company trends, identify issues, and offer solutions
- Collaborate closely with leadership, departments, and third-party vendors to develop efficient procedures.
- Participate in specific initiatives such as budget planning, preparation, and review, strategic planning, and business planning.
- Examine, submit, and process payroll, expenditure, and administrative reports.

Qualifications and abilities:
- A minimum of two years’ comparable experience is required.
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint prowess
