Important Information for Graduates of Form Four 2024
Minister Mohamed Mchengerwa has announced a process for 2024 Form Four graduates to change their Form Five combinations and select courses for vocational colleges in 2025. To make changes, students should log in to the Selform system at selform.tamisemi.go.tz.
What is the Selform System?
The Selform Management Information System (MIS) is developed by TAMISEMI to allow Form Four students in Tanzania to update their school, college, and course combinations after the release of their final exam results.
Steps to Register and Log In to Selform
- Open the Selform Website: On your mobile phone or computer, visit selform.tamisemi.go.tz. If this is your first time, you will need to register. Otherwise, simply log in using your credentials.
- Enter Your Index Number and Personal Information: Enter your Index Number in the format S0101.0020.2018, along with other requested details such as your family name and year of birth.
- Set a Password: After entering your details, you will be prompted to set a password for your account. This password will be used for future logins.
- Log In with Your Credentials: After setting your password, log in to the system using your index number and the password you just created.
- Change Personal Information: Once logged in, you can update personal details such as your school, college options, and course combinations. After each change, click “Save & Next” to proceed.
- Modify Course Combinations: You can update your Form Five combinations. The system will display possible combinations based on your exam results. Make your selections and click “Save & Next” or “Save & Go Back.”
- Select College Options: You can also change your college options, including courses related to technical, health, education, or other specific areas. Ensure that you meet the requirements, such as having specific pass marks (e.g., PCM) for certain fields.
- Final Step: After updating all necessary information, click “Save & Next” or “Save & Go Back” to finalize your choices.
