1. Position – Rigger/Slinger (06 post)
Valid certificate from recognized institution. Experience in construction project should be 2 to 3 years or more. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery Excellent hearing and vision Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments High-level mathematical skills. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Responsibilities: – Estimating the size and weight of objects to be moved and deciding on appropriate equipment to be used. Attaching sling equipment to load to be lifted. Following workplace Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) procedures. Installing and operating cables, ropes, pulleys, winches and other lifting tackle. Inspecting, maintaining and repairing equipment. Lifting and erecting prefabricated panels made of steel, glass or concrete.
2. Banks man & Signal man – (03 post)
Qualifications: – Valid certificate from recognized institution. Thorough knowledge of signal systems. Ability to read and interpret signal diagrams. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities: – Providing clear and precise signals to the operator of the lifting equipment to the project. Directing the movement of loads using standard hand signals or radios. Ensuring a safe distance is maintained between the load, equipment, and personnel. Assessing potential hazards and communicating necessary precautions in the project area. Coordinating with the Rigger to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations To communicate effectively with operators of the lifting equipment to the project area. To adhere to all relevant rules and regulations, including those related to safe lifting operations, safety, and maintenance.
3. Lifting Foreman – (02 post)

Responsibilities: – Responsible for planning and organizing all aspects of lifting operations. Lifting foreman must ensure that all lifting equipment, such as cranes, hoists, slings, and shackles, are in proper working condition. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Communication and coordination. Risk assessment and mitigation. Documentation and record-keeping
Duration The Contract shall be for a specific task for the whole constructions period of the
