After Sales Manager Jobs at HR World
HR World on behalf of our client we’re looking for an After Sales Manager to shape our service function and handle P&L responsibilities for the spares & service business of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s service goals
•Prepare budgets & forecasts for strategic planning and commercial success
•Establish a proper service network and overlook workshop operations to maintain cost, quality, and performance
•Redesign processes and systems for operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and business growth
•Manage the aftersales team by setting clear targets and KPIs to excel and over-achieve
•Lead and motivate a team of service executives, spares managers, workshop managers & mechanics and help build technical capabilities to ensure high CSI
•Work collaboratively across teams – including sales, marketing, supply chain
•Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
•Monitor and control the cost of the warranty
•Carry out Audits of process adherence, CSI, new product information, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS;
•10+ years of validated experience specifically in the Agriculture/Automotive Industry.
•5+ years’ experience in managing the aftersales department.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commercial/ Finance/Engineering or a related field
•Strong understanding and experience in the Tractor industry
•Excellent leadership, and people management skills in both in-person and remote environments.
