4. Work with vendors to resolve billing and administrative issues
5. Assist in organizing and maintaining records and files
6. Perform clerical tasks as required

Accounting Assistant Duties:

2. Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial reports
3. Establish and maintain accurate records

7. Assist with annual audit

Requirements And Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of higher education and experience in accounting or a related field
2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
3. 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or other financial-related field
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Excellent communication skills
