UFADHILI: Fursa Ya Mafunzo Ya Muda Mrefu China – Scholarships 2023;- Are you looking foe UFADHILI China, Mafunzo ya Muda CHina, Scholarships China, Mafunzo Falcom, Fursa China Scholarships -The President of the United Republic of Tanzania issued a Notice on assignment of Ministerial responsibilities (Instrument) vide Government Notice No.534 of 02nd July, 2021.
In that Instrument, the President created an Office of Public Service Management and Good Governance under the President’s Office which is mandated to formulate and monitor implementation of Policies Administrative, e-Government, Public Service Housing, Archives and Records Management and Human Resources Management.
In addition the Office is mandated to oversee Administration of Public Service, Performance Contracts, Human Resources Development and Planning, Payroll Management, Public Service Ethics, Management Services and Public Service Performance Improvement, Establishments of Executive Agencies, Public Service Remuneration and Welfare, Retired State Leaders Services, Public Service Reform, Performances Improvement and Development of Human Resources under this officer and Extra-Ministerial Departments, Parastatal Organizations, Agencies, Programmes and Projects under this Office.

- SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
i. The entire cost of training under this scheme, including the return international airfare, tuition fees, accommodation, emergency medical treatment, book allowance and study tour will be borne by the People’s Republic of China
- APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants should be a Public Servant;
- Be under the age of 40 generally or as specifically required by the University;
- Should have 3 years and above working experience in the field of study;
- Have a good command of both spoken and written English,
- Bachelor Degree holder to apply for Master Program and Master Degree holder to apply for PhD. Program;
- Be in a good health both physically and mentally;
- The application forms should be typed (typewritten).
- Applicants must submit hard copy PO-PSMGG;
- All applicants must be attach recommendation letter from applicant’s employer and the copy of valid passport ;
- All applicants must read very carefully each program information and must ensure all university documents are certified.
- APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
- Complete Foreigners application form of University which is provided in respective enrolment brochure/university guide line,
- Permission from the applicant’s employer,
- Graduation Certificate,
- Academic Transcript,
- An Employer’s letter describing applicant’s Good Conduct and performance,
- Personal Statement signed by the applicant with a least 1000 English words,
- Two recommendation letters from the applicant’s Employer or Professor with signature and seal,
- A photocopy of a Passport,
- Physical Examination form filled completely signed by the doctor and sealed by the hospital, with comprehensive blood test report and x-ray chest report,
- Chinese Scholarship application form,
- All certificates must be certified by the commissioner of oath.
- English language Proficiency or letter from the respective university describing the applicant’s ability in English language, and
- Curriculum Vitae in English.
