It was established in 1986 in Ukonga (Dar es Salaam) as a small health unit and registered in 1997 as a dispensary before it was upgraded to a full-fledged Regional Referral Hospital in June 2022 with registration number 100677.
PHARMACIST Il (1 position)
QUALIFICATIONS
Employed those who have graduated and passed Form Four/Six/Diploma, with a Pharmacy Degree from a Government Recognized Graduate College practical training at work (Internship) of one year who are registered with the Pharmacy Council.
- Applicant must have not less than 18 years and not above 45 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determining the annual needs of drugs and equipment and preparing its budget  Order, Store, distribute and control the stock and ensures uninterrupted supply of drugs at all times by ensuring Max-Min stock level.
- Project consumption estimates for each drug item on monthly basis. Â Receives deliveries and counterchecks and sign off all drug deliveries.
- Keep records of all receipts and issues.
- Maintain bin card for each item and keep a running balance.
- Control and separate immediately the damaged and expired drugs from the shelves/cupboard and keep all set aside for destruction.
- Prepare and submit Monthly drugs consumption report which includes stock level and number of patients.
- Performa any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

ASSISTANT PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNICIAN Il (2 positions)
QUALlFlCATlONS
 Employed those who have graduated and passed Form Four/Six, with a basic technician certificate in pharmaceutical sciences from a Government Recognized
Graduate College registered with the Pharmacy Council
Applicant must have not less than 18 years and not above 45 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispense medication to patients according to medical prescription, ensuring the medication is labeled with the correct drug name, strength, quantity, expiry date directions for use.
- Â Making sure the patient understands in order to ensure correct treatment.
-  Adhering to Medical Teams International’s practice policies and procedures for dispensing medicines.
- Placing accurate and timely orders with the central stock, maintaining minimum stock levels of medicines, checking expiry dates and storage conditions.
- Ensuring no medicines or material are taken out of the dispensary without authorization.
- Maintaining accurate dispensing records and reports.
- Organizing and keeping clean the dispensing area, ensuring cleanliness and care in handling medicines to avoid contamination and mix-up.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of the dispensary by admitting only authorized personnel and ensuring that all medicines are stored as appropriate. Â Understanding, recording and informing on any comp\aint received from patients related to medicine use or side effects.

ICT OFFICER Il (1 position)
QUALIFICATIONS
- •Z Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Information Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Technology from a Government Recognized Graduate College.
- Applicant must have not less than 18 years and not above 45 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall technology infrastructure for the Hospital including planning, implementation, and management of the software applications and hardware infrastructure that support operations.
- Support and contribute to IT-related tasks or projects through the implementation of appropriate technologies and solutions.
- Manage support services for the hospital IT systems, platforms, and products  including management of management of website and social media.
- Provide user training on common business applications and use of systems.
- Develop and update IT processes and procedures, and ensure they are properly documented.
- Performing technical, systems and user documentation tasks.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Â Assist in the process of ordering ICT network or infrastructure equipment and consultancy required for ICT Operations work.
- Undertake such other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
