We are looking for an office administrator for a startup mining company who has extensive knowledge and experience in administrative skills. With proficient knowledge of how to oversee the administrative duties in an office and work in close proximity with the manager in dealing with the organization. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including bank handling, money management, and overseeing all office requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update financial spreadsheets or databases as needed.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is adequately stocked.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors as necessary.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage office communication systems, including phone lines, email accounts, and mailing services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Extensive knowledge and experience in office administration, including bank handling, money management, and overseeing office requirements.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently without relying on extensive training or supervision
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficient in using office software and applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases).
