Ajira Mpya Duwasa Saccos Ltd 2023 It was declared a fully autonomous entity by order of the Minister responsible for water sector on 13th February, 1998; and was officially inaugurated on 1st July, 1998. It is charged with the overall responsibility of operations and management of water supply and sanitation services in Dodoma urban within the City and the towns of Bahi, Chamwino and Kongwa.
