Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Collaborate with management to develop performance management processes and systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decisionmaking.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant
- Proven experience (5 years) in a supervisory or managerial role in Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
