JOB DETAILS:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
- Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
- Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement
- Search the labour market and identify potential clients
- Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service
- Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
- Prepare monthly business reports as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, business administration, Human Resources or any related field
- Candidate must be from an HR Agency minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Previous experience in providing service in an Office Setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
