1. Electrical/Mechanical Technician
Qualification: Applicants should be a holder of VETA level III in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution.
Key skills & Abilities:
- Ability to maintain all the electrical equipment to acceptable and approved standards for efficient operation, and to ensure the smooth running of the line and service equipment by close communication with other staff.
- Ability to operate the machines as directed and to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently as required and kept clean as required.
- Ability to ensure the correct electrical functioning of electrically operated equipments on the premises.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, flexible person and a good team player.
- Compliance to safety requirement at work place.
Experience:
Six months and above in Mechanical/Electrical field
Location: Sanya Juu.
Experience in Months: 6
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
2.Technical Operator
Department: Packhouse Reports to: Packhouse Management. Purpose of Role: Responsible for running/operating the machinery as well as do regular maintenance on the machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates and monitors the equipment according to the SOP and adheres to Environment, Health and Safety procedures and standards.
- Performs equipment shutdowns according to the SOP.

- Capture data and update on provided reporting platforms.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by keeping the equipment and surrounding areas clean.
- Deliver product that meets all quality requirements.
- Run equipment in compliance with the design parameters.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his/her indirect control.
- Conducts look-listen-feel inspections of the equipment and initiate work requests.
- Solves situational problems by using troubleshooting tools.
- Make accurate breakdown records.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are well managed and kept.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Experience in handling machines and autonomous maintenance for at least 1 year in manufacturing industry
3. Production Supervisor
Department: Packhouse Reports to: Production Assistant Role Overview Together with the Production Assistant, you are responsible for the personnel and daily running of the packhouse. Everything follows high standards of quality and safety, at the lowest possible cost.
Main duties

- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the company’s food & safety policy, in line with all related legal and the customer’s requirements.
- Ensure that all the requirements of the food & safety policy of the company are respected to promote the achievement of a high level of health and safety standards through the proper execution of the work.
- Organize, motivate, and control the packaging team to minimize costs by effective controls, maximizing productivity, minimizing non-productive time and absenteeism within company policy and procedures.
- Organize, motivate, and monitor personnel to ensure maximum use of raw materials to reduce wastage to the lowest attainable level in line with productivity.
- Carry out random and routine checks which are necessary to ensure that the product is packaged and handled in accordance with the requirements of the company and the customer.
- Ensure generation of accurate production data.
- Ensure accurate distribution of up-to-date information regarding the presence of each team member.
- Handle complaints from staff in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Ensure further development of the team by identifying areas of improvement for the individual team members, set goals, and regularly performing assessments.
- Together with the QC clerk, ensure that the staff perform adequate quality control checks of the product and that all the packhouse employees are aware of the quality requirements.
Competencies to perform the role;

- Has a proactive attitude and shows own initiative.
Experience and qualifications.
- At least 1 years’ experience within the food industry.
- Diploma in Food Science & Technology, Diploma in Chemical & Process Engineering or its equivalent.
