The Union’s Responsibility is based on the core responsibilities of the Association as enshrined in the Constitution of the Tanzania Government and Health Workers Union (TUGHE) of 2006. By that logic the Union’s responsibility is “To unite, educate, defend the rights, duties and interests of Members in a timely manner through the use of dedicated staff and leaders.”
