After arriving at the squad, each player was given a short break to see his family and then return to camp to start the journey to Singida for the Azam Confederation Cup semi-final game against Singida Big Stars.
Yanga’s assistant coach, Cedric Kaze, speaking about the schedule, said that since they played their match with Marumo on Wednesday, they have not had enough practice due to the way their trip was.
“The players who played for 90 minutes in our match have not had a good time to rest, I think it is possible that there will be changes in the first team;
“We will leave here by plane to Dodoma and then we will have a car journey of about five hours, you can see exactly what the trip will be like.”

Kaze said after reaching the finals, it is clear that he knows the game will be difficult but they are confident. Kaze said he knows they will play USM Alger in the final of the Federation and he believes they will fight to make sure they want the championship.
“When you get to this stage, there are no easy matches, but there is beauty at home and away, the main thing is confidence and that makes us win this championship.”
