Using their regular login credentials, head teachers and school administrators will obtain the results via the UNEB site.

The Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE), Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), and Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results are all released annually by the Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) administration. To view your results on the UNEB eReg Portal, students who took the exams must complete the steps listed below.

UACE Results Online

The following are the ways to check your Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results:

1. Going to the UNEB eRegistration portal
2. Entering the candidate’s index number in the form
3. Clicking SEARCH

You can also register to request UNEB results by: 

1. Entering your center number, level, email, and phone number
2. Submitting the information

You can apply for a letter of verification of results (LVR) online by: 

• Bringing a letter from your school or center
• Coming in person
• Sending a copy of your identity document and a letter authorizing someone else to process the document
• Bringing a letter from the police in case of loss or damage of slip or certificate
• Presenting a copy of a valid identity card
• Paying processing fees

UACE Results Using SMS

Enter the exam code in the messages section, such as PLE [leave space] INDEX NUMBER, and then send it to 6600. To find PLE candidate 000012/003, for instance, go to messages, write PLE 000012/003, and then send it to 6600. With the results, you will receive an SMS. Please be aware that each SMS costs UGX 500 for this service.
