RECEPTIONIST FOR BLOEMFONTEIN OFFICE
The ideal candidate should be presentable, be willing to learn and grow with our company and be a good team player.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Preference will be given to an administrative qualification
- Receptionist experience of at least 2 years
- Phone etiquette
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer service orientation
- Information management

- Applicant must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- The candidate must be fully computer-literate (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent administration and organizational skills
- Own reliable transport is an advantage
Daily duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Answering telephones

- Take and relay messages
- General office and administration duties
- General typing and updating of information, opening of new customer files
- Operating the switchboard
- Provide information to callers

- Greet persons entering organisation
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, as well as Covid-19 screening
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Salary range is market related
