New 4088 Names Called for Interview by Utumishi
Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service announces Called for Interview Utumishi, on behalf of the Attorney General (AGC), Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Lands Housing and Housing Development, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water, Permanent Secretary The Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries, Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL), Tanzania Forest Service (TFS) and Director Mwanga District Council would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to take place from May 14, 2022–17 May , 2022 and finally assign job centers to job applicants who will pass the interview. Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions: –
Interviews will be held 14, 15,16 and 17 May, 2022 as indicated in this announcement; the time and place at which the interview will take place is specified for each cadre;
- Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing a Mask;
- Each Interviewee should have an identification card for identification;Called for Interview Utumishi,
- Acceptable IDs include: – Resident ID, Voter ID, Job ID, Citizenship ID or Passport; v. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and onwards depending on the applicant’s qualifications;
- Candidates who submit “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, and form IV and VI results (form V and form VI results slips) will not be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview;
- Each interviewee will pay for Food, Transport and Accommodation;
- Each interviewee should take into account the date, time and place of the interview;Called for Interview Utumishi,
- For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania to ensure that their Certificates are verified and approved by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);Called for Interview Utumishi,
- Applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when vacancies are advertised and consider the requirements of the relevant advertisement.Called for Interview Utumishi,
- For cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards they must bring their Real Registration Certificates as well as Operating Licenses.
- All interviewees called for an interview should make sure they log into their account and copy the test number as those numbers will not be released on the day of the interview.
