  • Conducting market research to ensure that the company’s products and services remain competitive in the market.
  • Meeting and exceeding the set sales targets.
  • Keeping up with relevant trainings.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationship with customers.

SPECIFIC/TECHNICAL SKILLS

– Analytical skills (computer literate) – Customer service skills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 Years working experience as a Sales Executive in heavy construction equipment’s industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales of brand-new Construction Equipment’s. – Leasing of Heavy Construction Equipment’s – Maintenance of Company database.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objective.
  • Generating and qualifying leads through various means including marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to ensure that the company’s products and services remain competitive in the market.
  • Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
  • Utilize industry software and technology effectively to improve the customer experience
  • Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations
  • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions – Meeting and exceeding the set sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proficient in English for business communication and direct conversation, proficient in foreign trade correspondence, with good foreign language expression and email organization ability.
  • Be familiar with trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations, and have professional knowledge in heavy equipment trade field.
  • Have good business development ability and business negotiation skills, strong public relations awareness, strong sense of career, team spirit and independent handling ability, and dare to explore and innovate.
  • Simple customer background analysis can be done, product planning, price and marketing strategies for customers can be formulated, and the ability to independently develop new customers can be achieved.
  • Reputable Sales experience of Heavy Construction Equipment industry

DRIVER (1 POST) eavy Construction Equipment’s

Driver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive staff to meetings and client sites.
  • Collect/deliver official letters, invoices and parcels, as needed.
  • Maintain the office vehicles (including ensuring that routine checks for tyre pressure, engine oil, brake fluid, radiator coolant, fuel level, battery water level, etc. are carried out).
  • Maintain daily vehicle logbook.
  • Ensure insurance, registration, and general service schedules are up to date.
  • Ensure that the office vehicles are always clean, including the engine compartment.
  • Ensure vehicle keys are appropriately maintained and securely stored.
  • Ensure that the general wear and tear of the interior fittings of the vehicles are checked.
  • Ensure that vehicles are always properly equipped with spare tyres, tool kits, jacks, wheel spanners, tow ropes, jump leads, fan belts, fire extinguishers and first aid toolboxes.
  • Any other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Country Manager or Team Assistant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years driving experience; defensive driving skills training will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of the city of Dar Es Salaam and other surrounding areas in Tanzania.
  • Good driving record references.
  • Proactive, takes ownership, mature, flexible personality.
  • Team player, good people skills, ability to work with people from different countries, and a strong client focus..
