Job Summary
We seek a dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our global market expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of international sales experience in FMCG, hygiene, or consumer goods, with expertise in trade regulations and cross-cultural business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for target markets (Africa, Middle East, Europe).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Design pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and company goals.
- Partnership Development:
- Secure partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Client & Compliance Management:
- Manage international client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee compliance with export regulations, logistics, and trade laws.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in international sales (FMCG, hygiene, or consumer goods preferred).
- Proven success in B2B/B2C sales and building global distribution networks.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments and emerging market trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in African, Middle Eastern, and European markets.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Swahili, Arabic, French).
- Established network in the hygiene/healthcare industry.
