1. IT Service Management Analyst
- Reporting Structure: Reports to ITSM Specialist (Assistant Manager)
- Department: Technology
- Location: Dares Salaam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-8pm in planned 8-hour shifts. Additional hours may be required based on workload.
Purpose of the Position:
The primary objective of this role is to proactively monitor, conduct level 1 troubleshooting, and deliver cost-effective and efficient ICT services, including Incident, Complaint, and Communications Management, Proactive Monitoring, and ICT Service Requests, to meet and exceed business and customer expectations in terms of availability, recoverability, security, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for provisioning, deletion, and transfer of access requests for various applications and systems, such as CBS, AML, Sybrin, and domain access. Resolve and close all access request fulfillments logged into the Helpdesk tool from branches & HQ within SLA(s) and customer expectations.
Maintain the Access Management document, ensuring regular updates, reviewing roles, and obtaining management signoff for access provision to new systems. Monitor technology systems proactively and reactively, including Servers, Network Infrastructure, Applications, Databases, ATMs, POS, and Data Center environments using available monitoring tools. Support multiple technical teams in 24 x 7 operational environments with high uptime requirements, including varied shift schedules.
- Recognize, identify, and prioritize incidents according to customer business requirements and organizational policies.
- Provide timely responses to all incidents, outages, and performance alerts, categorizing issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams and stakeholders. Exim Bank Vacancies March 2024
- Conduct first-line troubleshooting of incidents arising from monitoring, recording incidents, applying appropriate workarounds, and coordinating resolution with other support levels.
- Perform and coordinate Root Cause analysis of incidents, share RCA/incident reports, and work with the System Development team to ensure proper support during the transition period for new products and systems.
- Educate system users on solving minor operational problems and consolidate and share service health check reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in computer science or related discipline. Excellent technical and computer skills, with software development skills being an advantage. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to explain solutions to non-technical users. Experience in IT support to customers, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Working experience in the Banking industry would be advantageous.
2. HR Officer
The individual in this role will be tasked with fostering a harmonious work environment by aiding the Employee Relations Manager and supporting employees with their issues. Responsibilities encompass investigating complaints, offering guidance on policies, and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support in the investigation and mediation of employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a confidential and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues in adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Aid the Employee Relations Manager in suggesting recommendations concerning labor legislation and case law to uphold positive employee and labor relations.
- Conduct research and generate reports on employee relations trends and data.

- Serve as a central point of contact for planning and executing Employee Relations initiatives, including wellness and diversity inclusion events, communication efforts, and change management.
- Assist in compiling case summaries and reports for review and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records pertaining to employee relations matters.
- Foster relationships with unions, manage union expectations, and serve as a liaison.
