Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and HRBPs to support the analysis, scoping of development needs, identify solutions, design and develop learning solutions, monitor and evaluate different learning solutions put in place.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize tried-and-true instructional design approaches while working in a cooperative team setting to identify learning gaps, create and develop material, establish measurement plans, and evaluate the success of educational initiatives.
- Prepare and improve learning materials in accordance with NMB’s established learning design frameworks by collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Use supporting material, such as music, video, animations, and graphics, to create captivating learning course content.
- Describe the course or curriculum’s concept, including the requirements for the course media, content delivery, assessments, supplementary materials, and complimentary learning strategies.
- When developing and obtaining interesting and useful learning materials, apply the principles of adult learning to instructional design.
- Oversee LMS operations, such as keeping an eye on course approvals, content, and evaluation procedures, and making sure they are finished on schedule.
- Establish project timelines and oversee several projects at once.
- Assist the ICT department in establishing and preserving security roles and access levels.
- Create quality assurance plans by carrying out in-depth analysis, locating crucial control points, keeping an eye on processes, and taking remedial action regarding the use of e-learning.
- Create, evaluate, and disseminate data reports as required to the Alliance departments, the Training & Development Steering Committee, and other Alliance employees.
- Present both in-person and virtually to guarantee that technical and soft banking trainings are finished in compliance with rules and guidelines.
- Offer assistance, guidance, and training to both new and current staff members on new skills or business processes.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency with learning technologies and web development tools (Lectora inspires, Adobe captivates, Camtasia studio, and articulate storyline)
- The capacity to create interactive multimedia material, including text, pictures, animations, audio, and video.
- Strong familiarity with the concepts and practices of instructional design
- HR Metrics and Formats for Reporting
- Extensive familiarity with and competence with a variety of software programs, such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Windows-based PC systems.
- Observation, evaluation, and assessment
- Ability to use data analysis tools
- Business savvy
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Presentation abilities
- Abilities in stakeholder management, facilitation, and organization.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in multimedia technologies, animations, or ICT-mediated content development, or a similar field.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in training, learning, and talent development, or related positions.
- Expertise with software technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript as well as eLearning products like Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Animate CC.
