Join Our P2P Customer Support Team
As part of Binance’s P2P Customer Support team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining trust and safety within our peer-to-peer marketplace. You’ll resolve disputes, combat fraud, and advocate for users while shaping a seamless trading experience.
Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution & Marketplace Safety:
- Arbitrate customer disputes fairly and professionally to ensure trust in the P2P marketplace.
- Investigate suspicious trading activity and take swift action to prevent fraud.
- Customer Advocacy & Insights:
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing feedback to drive product improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure customer surveys are executed to gather real-time insights on user experience.
- Process Optimization & Team Leadership:
- Develop processes and a team culture aligned with business goals.
- Mentor team members through 1:1s, coaching, and personalized development plans.
- Share lessons from complaints across teams and partners to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
- 1+ years of customer service experience (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention).
- Exceptional written communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ability to resolve technical queries.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, or P2P payments.
- Experience as a Binance P2P user.
