Power Providers is looking for a driven and seasoned intern with experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media and have a history of increasing brand awareness, improving corporate visibility, and quickly meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
- Preferable is active experience.
- proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Use Facebook Ads to reach a wider audience and post updates on Power Providers’ social media accounts on a regular basis (at least once a month).
- Engagement and Follow-ups: Make sure you promptly respond to any comments and responses posted on our social media pages, successfully interacting with inquiries and prospective clients.
- Email marketing: To keep the audience updated and interested in Power Providers’ success, add fresh leads to the Mailchimp email list and deliver focused campaigns at least every three months.
- Community Outreach: To improve local awareness, publish updates at least once a month on community-focused websites such as the “All About Arusha” Facebook page and the Arusha Mailing List Google Group.
- SEO and Online Reach Optimization: Constantly evaluate and put into practice methods to improve power providers’ Internet Marketing, increasing website traffic and growing their online visibility.
- Coordination of Graphic Design: Keep in constant communication with the outside graphic designer to guarantee the prompt production of fresh or updated images for online advertising campaigns.
- Development of Digital Strategies: Create and implement successful online marketing plans that advertise solar goods and services, emphasizing conversions and brand recognition.
- Marketing Materials Management: Make sure there are enough promotional materials on hand for events, exhibits, and client encounters, such as flyers, business cards, and employee uniforms.
Renumeration
The chosen intern will get a monthly incentive of TZS 200,000 as compensation for the six-month internship program. The purpose of this stipend is to help the intern contribute to the organization’s goals and obtain practical experience in their profession over the duration of the program. Candidates who reside in Arusha will be given preference.
