Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Handle inquiries related to Binance’s financial derivatives and ensure retention of high-value customers.
- Resolve complaints efficiently, document root causes, and prepare detailed analysis reports.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement optimizations for complaint resolution workflows to elevate service quality.
- Address urgent operational issues promptly to minimize user impact.
- Operational Support:
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and generate reports as directed by shift leaders or management.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience in e-commerce, fintech, or financial services (mandatory).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with customer service operations, CRM tools, and financial products.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to dynamic environments, and work under pressure.
