Job Description:
1. Order Fulfillment: Confirm Eshop orders by phone call and follow up the order status, provide daily report on order status, improve order review rate and collected rate;
- Hotline services: answering questions from customers, guiding customers on how to place orders online and deal with any after sales issues
- Respond to customers’ emails, deal with customer complaints, and generate reports and feedback regularly to improve customer satisfaction.
- Draft reports on products performances based on customer feedback and competitor market analysis.
Requirements:
1. Have a strong sense of responsibility and good service spirit;
- Good communication skills, be able to handle customer complaints and establish a good and stable relationship with customers;
- Good understanding of e-commerce trends
- Having experience in the customer service will be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Efficient in the use of advanced computer packages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- -Certificate/ Diploma / Bachelor degree in any related fields
- -Strong communication skills
- -Use of English language both oral and written
- -Age from 20 years old
