Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
