CONTROLLER AND GENERAL INSPECTOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IT OFFICER GRADE II (INFORMATION SYSTEM AUDITOR II) POSITION 1
OBLIGATIONS
i. Participating in classifying areas of information systems that can be audited and maintaining its information;
ii. Participating in preparing an information systems audit work plan focused on high-risk areas based on the priorities of the information systems audit team;
iii. Collecting and maintaining information necessary for auditing information systems;
iv. Carrying out practical inspections in targeted areas;
v. Participating in analyzing information and preparing a draft of the audit report
information systems;
v. Participating in ensuring effective information systems security controls; and
vii. To do other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor of tasks that are compatible with his qualifications and profession.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields:
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems.

CIVIL ENGINEER II – 1 PLACE
JOB DUTIES
i. Conducting Audits in the implementation of various Government activities including various development programs and projects;
ii. Assisting in identifying areas that can be audited as well as maintaining and storing various information on the audit;
iii. Assisting in the preparation of work plans for Audit;
iv. Assisting in the preparation of preliminary research reports as well as plans
Work that will help in conducting the Audit;
v. Gathering information and audit documents for conducting the Audit; v. Assist in processing information and preparing Audit reports; vii. Assist in monitoring the implementation of recommendations
Audits that have already taken place; viii. Assist in the preparation of follow-up information on recommendations
Audits; and
ix. To do other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor of tasks that are compatible with his qualifications and profession.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
Employed with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Universities recognized by the Government and registered with the Registration Boards of the relevant field.

OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT

JOB DUTIES
i. Preparing the dining table; ii. Decorating the dining table; iii. Arrangement of equipment for dining at the table; and iv. Removing dishes after eating.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Holders of Form IV Examination certificate and qualified training of not less than one year in the field of ‘Food and Beverages’ provided by any college recognized by the Government.
SALARY: Considering the salary level of the Government ie TGS B.
MINISTRY OF LIVESTOCK AND FISHERIES
RANGE MANAGEMENT OFFICER II (RANGE MANAGEMENT OFFICER II) – POSITION 2
JOB DUTIES
i. Designing methods and projects for the development of fodder and water for livestock in the district and overseeing its implementation;
ii. Coordinating extension programs for pasture development;
iii. To conduct training on the development of pastures and sources of livestock water, for experts and breeders and other stakeholders;
iv. Conducting resource surveys (Range resources survey) of livestock, livestock feed, fodder and water sources;
v. Managing and controlling environmental damage in the pasture areas in the district;
v. Participating in activities to control the encroachment of areas designated for breeding and livestock routes in the district;
vii. To monitor, keep, analyze and interpret statistics on the development, use and conservation of pastures in the district;
viii. Conducting a detailed investigation to draw maps of the distribution of blizzards and scurvy in their areas;
ix. To encourage citizens to participate in better and simpler ways/methods to prevent fraud.
x. Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on hurricane prevention,
Ndorobo, nagana, malale and grazing condition; xi. To do any other work in his field that he will be instructed and assigned by his Head
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Employed with a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the fields of Range Management, Natural Resources Management or Arid Areas Management from Sokoine University or an equivalent qualification from another university recognized by the Government.
3.0.4 SALARY LEVEL : TGS D
