The goal of Binance’s customer service team is to provide outstanding user support via live chat and ticketing mechanisms. In order to address consumer questions, grievances, and verification procedures, we place a high value on prompt response times, precise solutions, and compassionate service. Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., system implementations, process redesign) across regions and teams.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.
- Document processes, escalate issues proactively, and report progress to leadership.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to standardize or re-engineer workflows.
- Drive initiatives to enhance CS productivity, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish continuous monitoring mechanisms for sustained improvements.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in COO/project management, customer service, or operations.
- Minimum 3 years of project management/process re-engineering experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (mandatory for stakeholder liaison).
- Strategic, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and documentation.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications:
- PMP/PRINCE2 required; PMI-ACP is a plus.
