Ordinary Membership (Restless Development In Tanzania) 2024, Jobs Restless Development is a global non profit agency. We support the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. We are independently registered and governed in nine countries (India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe) bound together by our vision for youth power.
We run youth-led programmes to tackle the issues that young people care about the most We also run the Youth Collective – a growing network of over 4000 local youth civil society groups and organisations in 185 countries. We are committed to creating an agency that walks the talk on power shifting, using the power shifting checklist, both internally and externally.

Rights and Obligations of Members:
Once you are selected to become a part of Restless Development as an ordinary member, you shall have the following rights and obligations as articulated in the organization constitution:
- To elect/vote and be elected/voted in the Board of Directors of the organisation.
- The right to express opinions on the organization.
- The right to attend general meetings of the organisation.
- To participate in organisation activities when required.
- To receive information of the organization progress by any means of communication
- Obligated to pay a fee as prescribed by the general meeting
- To attend all meetings that requires one’s presence.
- To participate in all activities of the organisation as planned
- To uphold confidentiality on all confidential information of the organisations

Who Can Apply
We encourage diversity and inclusivity, welcoming applications from motivated people aged 18 and above. Two type of applications options is available: individual application or nomination by a youth organisation. Candidates should possess experience in youth participation and empowerment, outreach and engagement skills, communication skills, creativity and motivation.

The selection process involves shortlisting and interviews with results communicated end of April 2024. The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING inaugural meeting is scheduled in May 2024.
