Warehouse Clerk Job

HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Warehouse Clerk who will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
    -Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
    -Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
    -Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
    -Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
    -Coordinate activities with other departments.
    -Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS;.

  • -Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/ Logistics or in a related field.
  • -At least 3-4 years of experience in the warehouse or inventory field.
  • -Highly effective supervisory skills, Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • -Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
