1. Lodge Manager:
Seeking a dynamic individual with a client-focused approach, possessing strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of profit and loss management, property management systems (PMS), and point-of-sale (POS) systems. A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury lodge management is required.
2.Front Office Manager:
We are in search of an individual with exceptional customer relations skills and proficiency in Opera or IDS software, as well as MS Office. Formal qualifications are necessary, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager.
3.Accounts Manager:
We are seeking a candidate with extensive knowledge of PMS, POS, accounting practices, and a meticulous approach to reporting and meeting deadlines. 4.Cost Controller:
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of PMS, POS, material control, accounting practices, and hands-on experience with stock management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. A formal accounts qualification is necessary, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality cost control.
5.Maintenance Manager:
We are seeking an individual who thrives under pressure, possessing a comprehensive understanding of generators, vehicles, and solar systems. Attention to detail, cost control, and report management are essential. Formal qualifications are required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance manager in a 5-star property.
6.Security Manager:
We are looking for a candidate skilled in loss prevention and control, trained in fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid. Proficiency in computer usage is necessary. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large company is required, with previous hospitality experience being advantageous.
7.Hospitality IT Manager:
We are seeking a skilled individual proficient in PMS, POS, materials control, and cost control software packages. Experience with VingCard or similar systems, Elsafe or similar systems, CCTV, networking, remote troubleshooting, NAS management, and cloud storage management is essential.
8.Food and Beverage Manager:
We are looking for someone with a detailed understanding of PMS, menu and beverage list design and costing, and a strong focus on ensuring superior guest satisfaction while managing department budgets. We are in search of an individual with knowledge of Opera (an advantage), meticulous attention to detail, experience in laundry management, and strong leadership and teamwork skills.
