Tume Ya Taifa Ya Uchaguzi The Chief Electoral Officer of Korogwe Vijijin F in accordance with regulations 12 and 13 of the Local Government Election Regulations (Election of Councilors) for the year 2020, welcomes applications from Tanzanians with the qualifications and ability to fill the positions of Polling Station Executives for the by-election to be held on July 13, 2023 in Kwashemshi Ward as follows:

- Supervisor of the Polling Station (Position 17),
- Assistant Manager of the Polling Station (30 Positions).
- Voter Guide Clerk (17 Positions),
QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF POLLING STATION MANAGER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER
- be a Tanzanian citizen aged 18 or over;
- not be a fan or leader of a political party;
- be fair, obedient and sane;
- must have completed the fourth (4th) form of education or above and can read and write well. Also, able to read and understand the book of Instructions for Polling Station Managers; and
- if possible be a resident of the ward in which he is applying to work.
B. QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF VOTER MANAGER CLERK
- be a Tanzanian citizen aged 18 or over;
- be a resident of the ward in which he will work to guide voters;
- if possible, he should be a voter of the station where he will work;
- be fair, obedient and sane;
- have an education of not less than the fourth form and be able to read and understand the book of Instructions for Clerks Guiding Voters; and
- should not be a fan or leader of a political party.
C. PAYMENTS
- The payment will be as follows:-
- On Election Day, the Center Manager will be paid an allowance of 60,000 shillings per day for two days, a food allowance of 10,000 shillings for one day and a fare of 20,000 shillings.
- The Assistant Manager of the Center will be paid an allowance of 50,000 shillings per day for two days, a food allowance of 10,000 shillings for one day and fare
- 20,000 shillings; iii, the Voter Guide Clerk will be paid an allowance of 50,000 shillings for one day and a food allowance of 10,000 shillings, iv. During the training, all executives will be paid an allowance of 50,000 Shillings and a fare of 20,000 Shillings for each day of training.
D. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL WORKS
- Applicants should attach detailed personal information (Detailed C. V) with reliable addresses and phone numbers as well as the names of two referees.
- All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, a copy of the certificates of the fourth form, the sixth form or graduation based on the qualifications he has in accordance with this announcement.
- Applicants should attach two recent passport size photographs.
- Applicants who are Public Servants should forward their job application letters to their employers.
- Applicants who submit false information and qualifications will be taken legal action if found.
