Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- 2+ years experience in call center environment and 1+ year experience in a sales environment.
Skills and Qualification:
- Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions and document activities in the CRM.
- Make Outbound calls to prospect and client
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
- Gather and documents sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, Including details of visitors and customers.
