Supply Chain Specialist at Evolve People Solutions 2024, Supply Chain Specialist , Our client is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, proactive Supply Chain professional that can  manage herself and team. A supply Specialist will be responsible for all supply chain operations related to production, from the company’s outlets to its customers. 

Supply Chain Specialist at Evolve People Solutions

Responsibilities:

Coordination of all goods dispatched includes; Booking vehicles for dispatches from the mill Ensuring that vehicles are in sound state for loading and the trip with minimum exposure  of in transit risks Processing all stock receipts into the virtual warehouse Inspecting and vetting trucks prior to loading Tracking vehicles once loaded and dispatched Updating stakeholders of any variations and exceptions during delivery Responsible for documentation protocols in line with established SOPs  Development, enforcement and appraisal of SOPs and KPIs for order fulfillment for the business  unit  Responsible for management of costs associated with distribution and maximizing truck  utilization  Ensuring transporter accounts are reconciled and up to date  Development, enforcement, and appraisal of service level agreements for all distribution and  order processing 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Logistics/Procurement or related 
• Minimum 3 years related experience 
• Above-average computer skills with experience operating ERP software 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proven track record of leading a team 
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
