2. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for monitoring, controlling, managing stock movement. And also to ensure availability of enough stock to support all demands within the zone.
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
● Managerial Responsibilities:

● Functional Responsibilities:
● Facilitating stock-taking activities on the zone as per guidance given.
● To keep things in order in stores or warehouses
● Monitoring stock levels of the zone.
● Tracking products through within outside the zone offices to make sure they arrive at their destination.
● Monitoring the implementation of supply chain policies.
● Proper management of assets with the zone.
● Daily management of incoming requests from marketing officers ensures a timeous turnaround.
● Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
4. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
A) A minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role:
● Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or relevant
field
