Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The Incumbent will be responsible to perform;
- Assist with managing and administering creditors and debtors.
- Ensuring all invoices checked-in are settled.
- Reconcile drivers deliveries.
- Provide settlement report and advice.
- Account for and record difference timely.
- Handling customer queries.
- Monitor and implement housekeeping within administrative workplace.
- Supporting audit processes.
Skills, Experience & Education
The applicant should have at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehouse management /procurement and supply management. Deep understanding of the settlement, proof of delivery and stock management processes. Computer Literate (Preferably SAP Knowledge). Strong Communication and problem solving techniques.
