We are currently seeking 50 dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Officer (FMCG) in Arusha, Tanzania. This role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates passionate about sales and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets., Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients., Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory., Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences., Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team., Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant working experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be less than 30 years of age.
- Based in Arusha, Tanzania.
