POSITION

SALES  OFFICER  (2  POST)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Manage recruitment to have not lee than  30 active agents ,provide training to agents and provide on job coaching to all agents
2. Manage and drive activations of any assigned projects by ensuring each sales agent achieve target as per the project requirement
3. Manage stock ,team attendance sales leads and report on daily ,weekly and monthly basis as you will be directed
4. Manage disciplinary issues and resolve any misconduct by following the HR disciplinary procedures
5. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
6. Motivates team members to achieve targets and goals (Company and personal goals )
7. Encourage creativity on working environment and risk management
8. To be the contact point for Step mark Ltd ,Reps and our client so your communication skills should be used for better result and truthfulness
9. Manage the team by setting goals ,target and train them how to meet daily ,weekly ,monthly target
10. Explore new market for the assigned project to increase sales
11. Develop strategies for the more effective sales both individually and as part of a team
12. Any other duty assigned by your immediate.

SKILLS REQUIRED 

1. Holder of bachelor degree in business administration , sales and marketing  or related field with 2 year of experience in sales and marketing
2. Good communication and presentation skills
3. Computer literate i.e. excel, power point
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Public speaking skills
6. Polite attitude and a calm temperament to communicate effectively with different customer
