JOB TITTLE
The job calls for a young, competent and qualified person of high integrity, a Sales and Marketing team leader will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the overall running of the sales team Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new
supplier by partnering with them Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities Oversee planning for following years business plan Ensure event and courses are updated on divisional websites Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee financial invoicing for all department activities within the set budget To liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements
Manage budgets and update financial record Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects Communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency
Create messaging for marketing collateral that aligns with, supports, and promotes corporate activities Develop project timelines Manage departmental resources according to project needs Designate tasks and establish project deadlines for all team members Coach and mentor new team member

Academic/ Professional Qualifications
Candidates applying for this post should have the following minimum qualifications:
- A holder of Bachelor’s degree (or high) in Marketing and Public Relations, Sales Business, Business Administration or any other related qualifications from recognized institutions
- A minimum of 5-7 years previous in sales and marketing within the ICT industry
- Advanced knowledge of document processing software and workflow applications
