Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s life insurance offerings.
- conducting a consumer needs analysis.
- fostering connections with both current and potential clients
- Make individuals aware of the importance of having life insurance.
- Should be able to achieve the project’s renewal and new business goals.
- Be proactive in pursuing new business and cross-selling opportunities with potential clients.
- Possess the ability to regularly participate in training on new items.
- customer-focused and uphold the company’s ethics.
- With constant follow-up, should be able to sustain more than 90% persistency on supplied policies.
- Throughout their tenure with the company, uphold the values, vision, and mission of the organization.
- Ensure sales compliance across all external business sources.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum insurance qualification, Certificate of Proficiency, or Degree required.
- must have at least a year’s worth of sales and marketing experience.
- Must be at least 25 years old and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
- Outstanding presenting, negotiating, and communication abilities (Essential)
- Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is required.
- Proficiency in communicating with clients who possess a strong persuasive influence.
- A track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
- Experience in marketing and sales of digital services.
