Record Keepers GRADE II – (POSITION 4)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Record Keepers Jobs
- Search for references / documents / files required by readers;
- Receipt control, Registration of Records / documents;
- Analyze, list and organize references / documents in groups according to the relevant subject;
- Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives;
- Addressing requests for records / documents from the Ministry and its Institutions;
- Search for references / documents required by readers;
- Repairing damaged records; and viii. Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives.
QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT for Record Keepers Jobs
- To employ Form Four or Six graduates with a Certificate in Record Keeping in one of the Registry disciplines.
SALARY Based on Government standards TGS.B
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR Record Keepers Jobs.
- All applicants must be Tanzanian Citizens and not older than 45.
