Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mall, faxes, and packages
- Assist in schedulingappointments and coordinatingmeetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with visitors and colleagues
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook}
- Professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
