Job Summary:
As the Project Manager at Kapari Co. Ltd., you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering printing, branding, and sign making projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and client relationship management, you will play a key role in coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to assess project feasibility and establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
Team Coordination:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, production staff, and client relationship officers.
