The Global Customer Development (GCD) & Global Sector Development (GSD) Program Management team enables GCD/GSD to be as efficient & effective in achieving accelerated New Growth by directly with J&J as a program manager and be a first point of contact for the customer.
This role will monitor KPI performance, Drive rollout of DSC tools and processes and connect the regional teams on multiple topics to support in providing customer satisfaction.

Your key accountabilities include:
- Oversee 25+ sites and 38 PL’s globally for Johnsons and Johnson
- Build the deck and present to C Level customer and company contacts
- Drive OMS Basics and Customer Basis roll-out across the J&J sites
- Coordinate J&J KPI harmonization initiative
- Monitor KPI performance and ensure the collection of exception root causes and corrective actions
- Monitor contractual CIP attainment and support sites in identifying CIP project to close gaps
- In support of CIP attainment, support site / country /region /global Digitization roadmaps including working with J&J on Insights and Innovation
- Standardization between operations including commercial approach, global MSA adherence, and concepts of operation
What are we looking for from you?
- Experience of driving Innovation through the implementation of tools, templates, techniques, methodologies – focus on Digitization
- Strong Stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence other specialist departments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – bring people with you
- Experience in project management
- Experience required in managing global and cross functional projects and programs, delivering organizational change
- Experience in delivering complex solutions in a matrix organisation across geographical boundaries
- Working experience in an international logistics environment with a solid understanding of operations
- Professional project mgmt. certification e.g. PMA Level C/ Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP Foundation (desirable)Â Â Â Â
