Ajira Mpya MATCC The company deals with multiplication and distribution of Ajira agro seeds; importation and distribution of agrochemicals and provision of technical advisory services on farm input use and management. In addition, the company conducts agricultural research in collaboration with national, regional and international research institutes. In its bid to implements its business development strategies the company is looking for self driving candidates to fill the following vacancies:-

Job Title	Zonal Operations Manager (1 Post) – Mbeya.
Report to	Managing Director.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Organize and coordinate Seed Processing and dressing  operations
2. Responsible for organization and coordination of seed deliveries.
3. Review and approve warehouse labor payment claim and reports as per company reporting schedules.
4. Conduct weekly warehouse stock count, reconciliation and reporting.
5. Prepare overall weekly HQ warehouse seed processing, dressing and delivery repots including status of seed dressing inputs.
6. Prepare overall weekly warehouses stock receipt and issue reports.
7. Prepare and submit weekly stock reconciliation and report.
8. Responsible for organization and coordination of warehouse stock transfers.
9. Ensure warehouse reports are prepared and submitted timely 

Qualifications/education

1. Holder of Bachelors Degree in agriculture, agricultural engineering or post harvesting and bio-processing engineering.
2. Driving skills and possession of a valid driving license is a must.
3. Strong technical knowledge in factory or seed/food processing plant

Experience	The candidates should have a minimum of at least three-years working experience in seeds processing plant.
Remuneration	A lucrative package will be offered for the successful candidate commensurate with MATCC scheme of service.

Job Title	Seed Processing Supervisors (4 Posts) – Mbeya,
Report to	Zonal Operations Manager

Duties and responsibilities

1. Comply with procedures and guidelines as per the company stock management and control policy
2. They are the custodian of warehouse stocks and assets.
3. Coordination and supervision of seed processing, dressing, stacking, and handling operations
4. Timely preparation and submission of weekly labor payment claims.
5. Responsible for taking and keeping all records related to stock operation and movements
6. Conducting physical stock counts and reconciling with stock Bin cards in warehouses
7. Assign daily tasks and supervise workers within the processing plant
8. Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, loading and off-loading seeds.
9. Prepare and share warehouses reports to Zonal Operations Manager every day.

Qualifications/education

1. Must be form IV of VI leaver plus Certificate in Store Keeping or Material and Logistics Management or Procurement and Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Seed/food Processing 
2. Should have basic knowledge of computer uses and applications such as Ms Office.
3. Good commanding in Swahili and English languages (Oral and Written)
4. Should have driving skills and possess a clean and valid driving license.

Experience	The candidates should have a minimum of one year working experience in supervising warehouse tasks

Job Title	Marketing Officer (1 Post) Arusha Head Office
Report to	Marketing Manager

Duties and responsibilities

1. Coordinating and support seed and agrochemicals marketing activities with the field staff.
2. Perform monitoring and evaluation task for projects which are performed by the company
3. Establish and supervise trials as per company requirements
4. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
5. Advice on how to improve company offering to the market and provide technical support to customers.
6. Prepare periodic reports as per requirements of the management.

Qualifications/education

1. Holder of B.Sc. in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, extensions and agri-business.
2. Possession of a valid driving license is a must and shall be ready to travel in and out of the country
3. Good market knowledge on agrochemicals, crop growing cycles and season in Tanzania

Job Title	Sales Officers (3 Posts) Arusha,  Bariadi & Tabora.
Report to	Zonal Managers.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Organizing and conducting sales visits/trips, demonstrating and presenting products to the current and potential customers.
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
3. Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
4. Schedule and follow through on calls and emails with leads and current customers
5. Maintains quality service by following and enforcing organization standards, proper handling of customer complaints and providing the best customer services.
6. Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
7. Record and maintaining accurate records, prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
8. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Qualifications/education

1. Should hold at least form four Certificate.
2. Must have a valid driving license class E with at least three years’ experience in driving light trucks.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written English and Swahili
4. Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
5. Aptitude for persuasion, negotiation and expert in time management
6. Possession of certificate in Agriculture and relevant Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Job Title	Store Keeper (1 Post) –Ifakara,
Report to	Zonal Manager

Duties and responsibilities

1. Comply with procedures and guidelines as per the company stock management and control policy
2. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with stock Bin cards
3. Setup store layout to ensure efficient space utilization
4. Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, loading and off-loading stocks.
5. Participate in physical inventory counts in his/her warehouse and/ or stores
6. Updating inventory records at the end of working day; the GRNs, Bin/Stack Cards, Stock Cards should be updated daily and produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report)

Qualifications/education

1. Must be form IV of VI leaver plus Certificate in Store Keeping or Material and Logistics Management or Procurement and Supply Chain or Logistics Management
2. Should have basic knowledge of computer uses and applications such as Ms Office.
3. Good commanding in Swahili and English languages (Oral and Written)
