Key Activities
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and
- working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Managing company cars route and write reports
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and reports and ensuring thateveryone is kept current of necessary company news and information
- Maintain good relationship with our local suppliers
- Keep stocks of office supplies
Academic Qualification and skills required
- Bachelor degree in Public Administration , Political Science other related fields
- Strong and proven 1 – 3 years’ experience in administration landscaping
- Strong experience on coordinating day to day activities
- Strong Microsoft office application with data analysis skills
- Excellency communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making
- Strong ethics and liability
- Administrative skills
- Ability to learn
