Job Description METL Branch Manager Jobs
- Increasing sales and market share of all company’s products in that region through regular market visits, building strong relationships with customers directly, monitoring and countering competitors’ activities.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure no stock out of products.
- To achieve profitability of the branch operations by optimizing sales revenue, utilization of resources and expense control.
- Managing manpower and building a strong team under him including assessing, motivating, and monitoring the people under him to increase their productivity. Where necessary he should be able to recruit manpower locally.
- To safeguard and monitor the assets of the company by regular physical checks and balances and put in place a control mechanism to prevent losses, pilferages, and theft.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with Government authorities.
- Handle any other duties as may be given by Management

- Communication Tools(e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc)
- Spreadsheets(e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
- Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools(MS Office, Google Docs, etc).
