Qualifications
• Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from recognized Institution.
• At least Upper Second-class grade
• Candidate must be a fresh graduate or with relevant post qualification working experience of not more than three (3) years.
• Working knowledge of Tanzania laws.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• An energetic and friendly attitude with the ability to be flexible, patient, personable, reliable and easy going.
Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Multilingual is an advantage.

Duties
• To interpret laws related to firm and clients ‘operation
• Drafting legal opinions and undertaking research and studies and examining legal precedents for issues relating to the functions, structure and activities of the Organization. Such issues may bear upon the general field or upon specialized aspects of corporate law. Studies undertaken generally pertain to intricate and/or sensitive areas. Drafting interpretations of legal instruments, such as constitutions, statutes, treaties, agreements, regulations and rules, resolutions and decisions, or other legal materials relevant to the Organization.
• To file pleadings in Court
• Represent the clients at conferences, Seminars and other events.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of a contract and other legal documents, ensuring that the organization, including coordinating with outside counsel as necessary
• Handling the corporate aspect of the clients.
• Assisting senior consultants
• Providing legal and scholarly research
