Majina Wizara Ya Afya All successful applicants whose names are listed in this announcement are required to report to the Ministry Offices at the Mirembe College of Nursing and Midwifery Hall from June 30, 2023 to July 13, 2023 to complete the employment procedures. In addition, they must come with two (2) copies for each certificate that was used when applying for employment, including;
- Copy of birth certificate; ii. personal resume (CV)
- Copy of Identity Card/Citizenship number (NIDA); and iv. Copy of Secondary education certificates (Fourth and Sixth Form); v. Copy of professional certificates along with Transcript,
- Copy of Practical Training Certificate (Internship);
- A copy of the registration certificate from the relevant Council (Valid Licence);
- Certified copy of education and professional certificates (Accreditation and Equivalence) from TCU and NECTA for those who studied in colleges abroad as well as those who studied High School abroad/External Curricula;
- If your names are different in your certificates as well as the birth certificate, make sure you submit an oath of names (Deed
- Pool) from the Registrar of Oaths and Registered with the Registrar of
- Document, Ministry of Lands, Housing and Housing Development;
- Two (2) passport size photos.
Kazini Wizara ya Afya In addition, anyone who reports with only ‘Transcript’ or having a limited copy of the above-mentioned examples will not be accepted.
- Applicants assigned to the Ministry of Defense and the Nation Building Force, should come to the Offices of the Ministry of Health – Dodoma Health Insurance Building (NHIF), Fourth Floor (4th Floor) to pick up letters of assignment to the work station. In addition, they will be required to report to the Employer within the time specified in the assignment letter with the original certificates of studies as directed above iii to be checked by the employer before being given the employment letter.
- All applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should be aware that they did not get a position, so do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced.
- All applicants are urged to observe the reporting period for work as specified above. The Ministry will take steps to fill those positions for those who do not report on time.
