GW now invites suitably qualified and competent bidders to submit sealed prequalification bids for the supply of various goods, services, and works for the financial year 2024-2026. In one or more of the categories appearing below. The objective of the prequalification is to identify competent individuals, firms, or companies that will be called upon from time to time to quote / tender for supply of goods, services and works during the financial year 2024-2026.
All existing suppliers are advised to participate alongside prospective suppliers in order to be evaluated and considered. Please note that prequalification is not a guarantee for business opportunity; bidders will be invited to submit their quotations on a need basis based on the opportunities available.
GW reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant wholly or in part and is not bound to accept the lowest offer. Prospective bidders are hereby notified that canvassing of any kind will lead to automatic disqualification. GW may plan to visit supplier premises to verify information contained in the bid documents and obtain assurance of the vendor’s capacity to deliver.
